I entered the "Home is Where the Heart Is" National Photography Competition for Kids in the Rising Photographers section for ages 12 to 14. My photo of a Nubian woman laughing as she plays her drum in her home in Egypt was one of the three winners in my age group, and I received the Visionary Voyager award.
