I applied to the National Photography Competition for Kids in the Raising Photographer section for ages 12 to 14. The competition was focusing on color. I submitted one of my images from a Nubian village in Egypt which had amazing colors for the painted doors and buildings and the gorgeous dyed fabrics. I received a Notable Entry of 9.
